Meet Our Team
Don Watson - President
Don started with the company in July 2010. He is a native of Murfreesboro, TN, has been married for 20 years, and has 2 children. He graduated from Harding University in Searcy, AR with a Business Management degree. Don is a 2nd generation mover who has been in the moving and storage industry for 30 years. He enjoys UT football, basketball, and golf as well as coaching kid’s soccer, basketball, and golf.
Heath Watson - Operations Manager
Heath started with On the Move in August of 2015. As a 3rd generation moving professional, he has been in the moving and storage business for 10 years and enjoys being active and watching MLB baseball.
