Meet Our Team
Don Watson - General Manager
Don started with the company in July 2010. He is a native of Murfreesboro, TN, has been married for 20 years, and has 2 children. He graduated from Harding University in Searcy, AR with a Business Management degree. Don is a 2nd generation mover who has been in the moving and storage industry for 30 years. He enjoys UT football, basketball, and golf as well as coaching kid’s soccer, basketball, and golf.
Adam Baldwin - Business Development Manager
Adam joined the On the Move team in August of 2016. His background is in sales and banking. A native of East Tennessee, Adam joined the military at 21 and completed two tours overseas. He graduated from MTSU and is married with two children.
Heath Watson - Operations Manager
Heath started with On the Move in August of 2015. As a 3rd generation moving professional, he has been in the moving and storage business for 8 years and enjoys being active and watching MLB baseball.
Beth Reynolds - Principle
Looking to make a positive impact in the community via a small business, Beth Reynolds purchased On the Move, Moving and Storage in 2012. She has two sons in college-- one studies medicine, and the other is pursuing ministry. Beth is passionate about volunteering and works with local charities such as Portico, Doors of Hope, and the Salvation Army. She is also very active in Rutherford CABLE and her church.
