Meet Our Team
Don Watson
Don started 14 years ago at On the Move. He has been the owner for the past 7 years and has been in the moving business for 40 years. Don and Lisa have been married for 30 years and have 2 children, Tatum and Jay.
He is a collector of antique toy moving vans and enjoys watching college football and basketball.
Heath Watson
Heath started with On the Move in September of 2015. He has been married to his wife Kaylan for 6 years and they have two children together Georgia and Harvey. As a 3rd generation moving professional, he has been in the moving and storage business for over 15 years.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his Wife and Kids, watching Vanderbilt Sports , and Atlanta Braves baseball.
Autumn Gibson
Office Manager
Autumn has been the office manager with On the Move since April 2023. She has 4+ years of administrative experience. Autumn was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN where she completed her degree in Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University in May of 2018.
She then went on to be a preschool teacher and an administrative assistant. She met her husband, Keaton in high school and married in March of 2018. They now have 3 cats named Bear, Lucy, and Oliver. Outside of the office, Autumn enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, playing board games, and being outside.
Lisa Watson
Marketing Manager
Lisa is the marketing manager at On the Move and has been here for 6 years. For 8 years, she was the manager at the Parent-Teacher Store in Murfreesboro. Lisa is a retired Kindergarten teacher.
When Lisa is not at the office, she enjoys gardening, walking, and spending time with her
husband and 2 children.
