While selling real estate for Bob Parks Realty in 2003, it became apparent to Brandon that many of the moving companies in the Nashville area were not delivering the level of service that his clients expected. They often hired unscrupulous movers, who were late, who were inexperienced, or didn't even show up on moving day.
An entrepreneur at heart, Brandon saw this as an opportunity to create a moving company that really focused on customer service. Kevin was born and raised in Nashville, TN and attended Antioch High School. With five years of professional moving experience and his consistent determination to get the job done right, he has become one of On the Move's Crew Leaders. When not working hard for On the Move, Kevin enjoys watching and playing sports, especially football. He also enjoys music and concerts and playing with his dog.

Joseph was born in Virginia Beach, VA, and attended Kellam High School. After high school he moved to Clarksville, TN with his family. Joseph attended Middle Tennessee State University and majored in Exercise Science. With over seven years of professional moving experience, and his unfailing ability to deliver top notch service, Joseph is one of On the Move's Crew Leaders. When not hard at work moving, Joseph enjoys doing anything outdoors.

Justin has been with On the Move since the conception and has proven himself to be a very strong asset to our team as well as a very competent Crew Leader. When Justin is not hard at work he enjoys doing anything outdoors, camping, golfing, going to festivals, playing with his dog Layla, and anything that involves the word fun!
